"In the last year and a half accidents have happened in our household first with a deer t-boning my husband’s truck nearly totaling it out and second with March 14 tornado going over our house yet pelting us with hail and doing thousands of dollars worth of damage. Seldom do we need to call our agent or his staff for help but let me tell you that both times, Carey Hietman and Krista were on the phone numerous times helping us to navigate the process. This completely helped to keep the frustration and stress levels to a slight inconvenience. Any time I called for help or assistance you could hear the empathy and the kindness in Krista’s tone.
